About the Attorney
About the Attorney

I am taking my two decades of running a successful small firm business experience and developing systems that bring low cost services to other people. This way, I get a personal life / work balance that has been missing, and my clients get a respectable service that is lacking in the industry.

I think most attorneys had the same expectations in law school of graduating and then living a lucrative lifestyle of the rich and famous, filled with life purpose? I, myself, wanted to defend the constitution and be a great criminal defense attorney.
But where did we end up instead? Hours and hours of paperwork; administrative nightmares; 60 to 80 hour work weeks; no or poor quality health coverage plans; no retirement; no personal time for yourself or your family; wondering how in the heck will I ever get paroled out of this mess?
Well after two decades in the "trial lawyer," "litigation attorney" business, I decided to convert my practice to transaction practice. This way, I still get to help people, but I also get to go home and spend time with my family.
